Less leakage than universal heads
I previously used the universal head for both shrader and presta, but I was never happy with it. Seemed fiddly and constantly leaked. So I swapped it out for this one which has separate sides specifically for presta and shrader. Seems to work much better.

Great Replacement Pump Head
Bought this after my Topeka JoeBlow pump head began leaking. I wanted something that wasn’t as plastic as the stock one. Bought this because it looked robust, plus it was both Schrader and presta (comes with Dunlop adapter). Easily attached to my existing pump without any modification. Works flawlessly

Worked well on my Dewalt compressor.
I volunteer at bike events, and this attached to my air compressor is a great time saver! It works well but can be slightly leaky on some valves.

Better than the original
Purchased to replace the original head on my Topeak when it fouled with orange sealant. This head doesn't cause any problems when being placed and delivers the full amount in each stroke.

I had to cannibalize item.
I bought this item for a Blow Joe Pro pump, but the fitting were wrong for my pump, so I cannibalized the item to retrofit them to my original hose on the Joe Blow Pump. It worked.

Transformative Upgrade
I have a 5ish-yr-old Joe Blow Max II pump that came equipped with a plastic TwinHead. While it got the job done, valve attachment was always a bit finicky and annoying. The head seals recently wore out to the point where I could not inflate a Presta valve higher than about 85 psi. So, I started poking around for replacement parts. I stumbled on this all-metal head upgrade option, and I decided to give it a go. I am extremely pleased with it. Installation was easy. I opted to slice the end of my old hose at the pump base and cut the end of the new hose for ease of installation on my particular pump. The hose is about a foot longer than original hose, which is great. The metal head is solid, and the lever action is smooth without requiring too much force. It seals onto Presta and Schrader valves wonderfully (more reliably and less finicky than the original plastic Twinhead). My old pump now works better than it did when new. The pump motions also feel more deliberate, and gauge is less jumpy per stroke. This might be because my old seals have been modestly compromised for a while. If you don't mind spending a bit on this, you'll be pleased with the quality and the life it can breathe into an old pump.

Best Pump Head
I bought this head to replace the head on my Topeak Joe Blow Dualie Floor Pump. That pump comes with a Topeak TwinHead. However, this head is much better at not losing air when attaching and removing from the valve stem. It's also more convenient that it works with either Schrader or Presta valves without having to think about it (only a single self-adjusting hole on it). The head and lever is metal, which feels more durable. The lever on the TwinHead is very hard to flip, whereas the SmartHead DX is super easy.I originally bought a Topeak SmartHead, but the lack of an air release button the head was a deal-breaker for me. However, the DX version of the head has exactly that. Strangely, the SmartHead comes with a variety of adapters and the DX version comes with none. Not really an issue for me because I just reused the hose adapter from the original pump.

Does not fit Joe Blow Mountain
The description says it fits all Joe Blow pumps. It does not. It didn't fit my Joe Blow Mountain. What's worse is that, when taking the old hose/head off, it broke the plastic piece that the old hose connects to. Now my $50 pump is worthless.
