Specifications frequency - 60, 90 Hz; amplitude modulation - 3:1, combined with 60 Hz; dosed mode - combined with 60 Hz, 3:1. The device detects the active zone for few seconds. The more indicators on the unit is lit, the more often you hear clicks it means you closer to the active zone. In the active zone the device provides you the maximum amount of light and audible alarm. Selected zone must be processed first. Availability of diagnostic mode simplifies the use of the machine.

Helping to diminish the pain but takes a while to understand how to use it.
Elena did give me excellent customer service. The original manuals are in Russian so I sent an email and was sent the manuals in PDF by email, They were very helpful but there do seem to be gaps in the information. For instance, instead of just pushing the button to turn it on it should be held down until the device beeps/lights up. Also, the same goes for changing the modes. Hold it down until the lights come on and then change modes with further pressing. Also, it does require some education to use it (instructions are highly condensed and the translation I think could be improved) so that needs to be considered as well. It is not intuitive to use and seeking information elsewhere will undoubtedly be helpful. I bought this to deal with acute and chronic pain, sometimes localized and sometimes general. Fortunately there are instructions on how to deal with both situations as well as other interesting problems (sinusitis, burns, wounds, stiff joints, arthritis, etc.) Thankfully, it is helping the pain to diminish after a short treatment of a few minutes. Although it is supposed to have diagnostic capabilities that was never mentioned in the instructions. Otherwise with patience, learning and experimentation it can be quite useful.
