I didn't want t just stick a camera on my windchield and run a wire, so this is a nice option. The kit includes everything you need to install the camera and have it look like Lexus installed it at the factory. There were a couple differences between the installation video and what actually needed to be done on my 2025 NX350. Most notably, the plug goes to a different spot than shown, but it's the only place that fits.I find the video quality to be pretty good (i keep at maximum resolution) and it looks like about 6 hours of video will fit on the provided sd card before they start getting overwritten.Overall, this camera costs a bit more than many alternatives but I find it worth the extra to look like it belongs in the car.

The idea of this dashcam great. The dash cam fit and the install was pretty easy. Overall quality seems pretty good. Video quality was okay. It did capture at 4K 30 fps and was useable but compared to the newer Sony starvis 2, it did not provide much clarity during night time.For the price of the product, I did expected a longer lasting product. The unit died at 14 months and there was no indication of it not working until one day I wanted to get a recording of a drive 4 months later. Contacting customer service was easy but only way to fix the cam was to purchase a new one. They did offer a deep discount but for the price I paid I expected better. I did noticed the Lexus sensor on the windshield did get hot, and might have cause the dash cam to overheat. Ended up switching to a VIOFO dash cam. Had one in another car for 4 years and no issue.Update- My brother purchased his a couple weeks after I originally purchased this. Looks like he was in a fender bender and he went to go check out his dash cam only to find out it stopped working a while back as well. Lasted over a year.

Very good screen protector fits very well minor variations in how fits around the knobs but not noticeable.

I had fitcamx on my previous car and I bought another one for my new car. It used to have a better quality.

I bought a Fitcamx for my 2020 RX450h. I liked it so much when my daughter got her 2024 NX450h+, I bought another one (different model of course) for her. What I also like about Fitcamx is that the seller was very responsive. My email messages always got replied the next business day.

Update - I'm reducing to 2 stars since the seller tried to intimidate me over this review. They seemed least interested about my feedback to improve the product, but instead wanted to justify themselves for no reason.-----You would buy this camera for the OEM look. Apart from that, I did not find anything else standout with this product. The installation is as shown in the video, but they do not do a good job at explaining how much force to apply safely or what direction to push/pull to get the pieces in and out. The picture quality and ease of use is as good/bad as the cheaper options. The Fitcamx app is barebones, and very slow to download videos. I like the end result of how it looks on the car, and for that reason I would recommend this dashcam.
