This item doesn't work and the seller sold a item that doesn't work.and I havent receive a refund yet from amazon

Great buy Love it! Seller ships new and well packaged product. Quick start guide and warranty guide in box. Big HD screen, FAST and handsome. I installed a Samsung EVO Select 128GB microSDXC UHS-1 card. I'm now in duty mode.Did not like the absence of an info sheet in package referencing if or not all Microsoft Apps were free or for temporary trial period. The Apps were already installed. No complaint about the Tab A or the Apps, just like to be informed and not surprised by potential Apps fees. It's my first Tablet, wasn't sure about the Apps stuff.

Stopped working after 1 month
I order this tablet on July 31, 2019. A couple of weeks later, the screen would just randomly go black. On September 3, 2019, the screen went black, and would not come back on. I have contacted Samsung, and they tried to work with me to get it back on. Needless to say, its toast. I spent $275 for this tablet only to have it for a month. I feel like this was a used tablet, even though it was sold to me as new.

I like my Samsung.
I lost my old Samsung 8in. Tablet. After WAITING several months for it to show up and using another brand, I finally broke down and bought the 10in. Samsung tab A. I'm happy to be using a Samsung again. It's taking alittle while to get used to the size,but I'm very happy with it.

Stollen product
i used it only once and then i started having troubles with the login in, so i took it to samsung and they told me this is a atollen product and that is why is not working anymore. i don't know who to claim this with. I bought it a year ago for my kids when they were babies and opened it recently when they were at age enough to use it. to sad to have this experience
