Excellent, easy to use
Worked perfectly. I had to plug in a medical device while charging my cell phone overnight, and this did the job without fuss.

Worked perfectly in all countries visited.
It worked perfectly in all countries we visited. It arrived as advertised. We continue to use it back in the states and it continues to work perfectly. I would highly recommend this product.

Good product
Was expecting that the second place for usb will work as efficient as the first one, can’t really charge two devices at the same time. Despite that everything is fine and as shown.

Useless
I bought this adapter for my safari trip to Kenya. Kenya was listed as one of the countries the adapter would work in. I fit the correct set of prongs in to the outlet in the wall of my hotel room but the adapter would not work. My roommate looked at it and tried it also but no luck. Her other-style adapter worked, so the issue was not the outlet. One of the prongs is plastic, and that might be the problem. Useless. Wasted my money.

Necessary Adapter
I purchased this adapter for a trip to Italy. It was capable of charging my three devices (laptop, tablet, phone) simultaneously. Please note thsi this device is an adapter, NOT a converter; therefore, it CANNOT bu used for NON-DUAL POWER devices. Our electronics ARE dual (you can verify this on the adapters or on the block for the laptops), but hair dryers, flat irons, clothes irons are NOT dual (unless you've purchazed dual devices) and REQUIRE a converter, which is a different device. Great price point, too! Happy travels!

Fell apart. Blew a fuse.
I took this unit to India. Never using it before, I took it out of my suitcase to realize that the particular adapter I needed has "popped off" and I couldn't use it.Weeks later, I found the rogue piece in the bottom of my bag and placed it back on the adapter. It fit will and I figured my problem was over. I plugged it into a surge protector. Sparks flew. The entire apartment's power went out and we had to hire an electrician to fix the damage. It seemed like a great idea. Not worth it.
