FOREO ISSA play Silicone Electric Toothbrush, Wild Strawberry

My 2nd unit purchased. Same problem as the first. Works great til you have the change the battery. Now dead. Don’t waste your $50 on this item.

I've had it since July and used it maybe every other day. It won't turn on anymore. I've tried two new pairs of batteries and even the ones inside that were supposedly "dead" function in other devices. Way too expensive to just quit working so easily. 2 stars for the comfort and clean. I hope I can get in touch with the manufacturer.

I bought this toothbrush April 6th, today is May 22nd. Just barely over a month since it shipped and it died. Doesn’t turn on at all now......... The “return” window has also closed. Please refund.

I got this for a present, and it has already broken not worth the 44 dollars I paid and the 3 weeks it was in use. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I love my foreo toothbrush it leaves my clean very clean and doesn’t smell like regular ones.

Best toothbrush I've ever used! I believe since I started using this brush my dental appointment was much better. They even ask me what I was doing different. I highly recommend this toothbrush.

Stop working on the second day

This is great for gum and tongue cleaning but feels inadequate for the teeth. The first time I had to change the AAA batteries,( after 6 weeks) the cap keeping in the batteries snapped in two and now this $50 toothbrush is useless

Before I go into the review, I would like to tell you how to easily get into the packaging without the use of scissors and without almost losing a finger. Simply peel off the label across the top end and the package should pop right open.I have only been using this toothbrush for a day but it already makes my teeth feel cleaner than with my Oral B. Once this one needs replacing, I will certainly be making the investment in the rechargeable version with replacement heads.

I brought this brush in Jan it worked for 1 week and then even the slightest pressure and it would stop so I requested an exchange the 2nd one worked for about 10 days then just stopped working mid brush. The other problem is that you cannot change the brush head which I hadn't realize when I purchased it. I am really sad that I've had these problems because it was a really effective brush and left my teeth and gums feeling great.

Bought a blue one of these for my son who is 11 he loved it - so I bought a pink one for me!

Stopped working literally after 3 weeks requiring change of battery after a week, which was a nightmare due to bad design. Worked for a couple of weeks after the change of the batter and then came to a final stop. Would like my money back ideally.

Love this toothbrush, and bristles not so hard on my gums as well.... just trying to figure out how to change the batteries and clean it.
