I wish I had before and after photos of my daughter at this very moment. I know I have some older pics somewhere but I am writing this review late at night and she is asleep so I will have to attach some photos another time The photo I posted is of my own teeth and they have never looked whiter. I am thrilled with this purchase. I have had professional bleaching trays done in the past and zoom another time and I am happier with the charcoal then both of those. Although the bleaching trays were definitely worth it, lasted for about 10 years and was more comfortable than the zoom treatment, the charcoal is quick, easy, cheap and instant results. My daughter had YELLOW teeth. I was literally embarrassed to take her photo's because even though she brushes her teeth, she is not a good brusher and literally dreads teeth brushing time. Along with hating brushing, she is also an experienced mini tea drinker. I am sure the tea doesn't help. BUT, I kid you not, we used the charcoal 1 time and I was one happy momma. It was as if she had magically turned into a good brusher. Her teeth are nice, shiny and no longer yellow. I swear, after 1 use!!!!!! She has only used the charcoal 2 x now because her hate of brushing has not gone away so if it is hard to get her to use the toothpaste, then adding charcoal to the mix is just another addition to her dread. I am no longer worried about photo's anymore. I did not see instantaneous results on myself but my teeth weren't super yellow to begin with. I think I saw the drastic change with her because she had very yellow teeth. This stuff is a miracle worker. However I have heard charcoal is abrasive so you may want to research that and if it is true, then maybe use this occasionally or just until the desired results and then as needed theron after. I was surprised at the number of reviews mentioning teeth sensitivity and even bleeding gums, etc. I did experience some pain after first using the product, but I think I was brushing it in too hard. Use a soft brush, and just apply it evenly to the teeth and brush a little. Then you can just kind of swish it around in your mouth for a few minutes. Don't brush your teeth with toothpaste after using this. Brush your teeth in the morning, and use this at night. If you have any kind of oral health issue, don't use this.This has a mild whitening effect. I am a coffee drinker, and I do see the improvement after about a month of use. If you are a smoker this probably won't touch that. However, this is way cheaper than whitening strips, etc. and you get quite a bit for a small container. I have used about half the product in four weeks, I use it every day.I am trying to use more natural products in general and this seems to be okay in that regard. I just don't think the product lives up to its reputation and I certainly don't understand all the five star reviews. Maybe if you use it three times a day you might get those kind of results. Also, it does make a little mess but that is not a big deal. I would not use it near a stone vanity top or anything.

Hi prospective buyers,My experience with this product has been pretty good considering I have used just the activated charcoal pills (which I would simply open and use as is). The difference between the two is noticeable not in any bad way, but simply based on what you expect to gain from using either product. The Activated Charcoal Natural Teeth Whiting Powder works great if you stick to a schedule of using it once a day or every other day. The pigment is not as dark as using simply just the charcoal pills, but the results are basically the same except for a few things.While I was using the powder, I felt that my gums were getting a nice "clean" in addition to whitening my teeth. It removed a few stains on my canines too. My breath (after going through my regular routine for brushing and flossing) stayed fresher a little longer. My mouth also felt a little less dry through out the day (maybe from the coconut in the powder? I'm not certain.)I didn't do any in depth analysis to scientifically support this, this is just based on my assumption and experience.The product works pretty well and I would recommend if it's your first time buying this type of product. Its mild tasting and simple to use on a day-to-day basis. Hope this helps anyone stuck on what or whether to buy.

This isn’t a miracle product by any means so you definitely need to give it time to see results. I’m not as consistent at using it as the directions suggest (2X day), but it is working - I would say I use it on average once a day, 5x/week and have started to see a change in color (at the base of my teeth) around week 1.5 of use.I have some minor staining near my gum line as I’m a frequent coffee drinker, which has resulted in a bit of that “yellow” discoloration. This is definitely helping as long as I’m diligently brushing with the product (I.e full 2 minutes with focus on problem areas).THIS IS ABRASIVE! While it doesn’t bother me sensitivity wise, it is quite harsh on my gums so I’d reccomend using a charcoal brush or a very soft bristle brush (which I’ve since switched to with better success). Id describe it as that feeling you get post-dentist after they’ve been a bit rough on your gums, so have a less heavy hand when brushing.Also, this charcoal is mildly mint “flavored.” It does not froth the way a toothpaste would and by no means does this “cure” bad breath, so my routine has consisted of brushing my teeth regularly with toothpaste (quickly to remove morning breath) and following up with the charcoal paste. This is quite cumbersome but it’s what’s been working for me since the powder alone isn’t cutting it hygiene wise.Overall, should work great over the long term, just be patient!

I really like this product , no fluoride or chemicals just charcoal , you can feel how clean your teeth are after first use , also removes any stained or marked teeth you notice the difference after each use
