Just what i wanted
Well constructed medicine ball rugged enough for nearly anything you want to do. i like the 10" size for the range of exercises including any med or wall ball routine. note that it isn't perfectly round and will slightly change shape as you slam or toss it which also works your grip and forearms. I prefer it since it adds micro instability and slight shift in weight. During wall throws, for example, the ball will come off at slight angles depending on the shape of the ball at that moment. i prefer it vs a perfectly round ball that comes off in a straight line each time.

Leaking sand and bounces funny.
I love TRX items but these balls leak sand and voice sideways when slammed on gym floor mats. I would not recommend this ball. I’d recommend the more durable TRX balls. I won’t be buying this type again.

Great med ball!
Perfect for my 13 year old son and myself! Perfect texture and weight placement in the ball! Great work out when lifting weights gets to routine. Am gonna buy more soon!

Im sure a good product
My rating is moot because I cancelled my order before it was sent. Please read the descriptions because the pictures are misleading. The ball shown, with the woman, makes it look as if it's an 18 or 20 inch ball, but it's only 10 inches. For the exercises, for my clients, I needed the bigger ball. I'm sure, since it's TRX, that's it's a good product, just not what I was searching for.
