Alligator Light Weight Wind-Cutter Disc Brake Rotor

The brake rotor seems to be good. I've just installed them, and I was tightening the bolts to the specified torque (6 n-m), but one of the bolts broke at 5 n-m, so it's odd that the torque spec is higher than the bolts can handle. Now I need to buy some new bolts that will hopefully be able to handle the specified torque.I first tightened them all to 4 n-m in a cross pattern, then 5 n-m, and one of them broke the bolt head off at 5 n-m.The rotors seem to work fine even at 4 to 5 n-m, but now I don't trust any of the bolts. I'd recommend the rotors, just not the bolts.

I purchased these with cautious optimism, fortunately they have turned out to perform flawlessly. They are of course light but also look great on the bike in my opinion. I haven’t noticed any performance loss...plenty of stopping power and little to no noise. I ride some long and steep descents without any issues whatsoever...no warping etc. It is to early to say anything about brake pad wear but so far so good. I would definitely buy these again.

So, these aren't bad rotors, but I think they should reconsider their packaging. Be careful opening these, you'll need to cut the shrink wrap all the was around, if you try to cut a small bit then pull it off the backing, you'll probably bend the rotor. Also, be careful adjusting your brake calipers; if you try the "leave the calipers loose, squeeze the lever, then tighten the caliper bolts while holding the lever" technique, there's a good chance you'll bend the rotors. They're light, and they look really cool, but they bend pretty easily. I've had to re-true my rotors a couple times while installing/adjusting my brake calipers.

Works fine, looks cool but very little surface for the pad. I think they would be fine for cross country type of riding, and if you like light rotors

I like that these are not your standard brake rotor as far as looks. The rotors I ordered came true and when mounted and bedded worked exactly as intended. Plenty of grab and modulation without any squealing...until they get wet😁

worked perfect as a replacement disk for my dualtron thunder electric scooter. and and it gave it a more aggressive look!

Seems to be a great product. I paired them with extra sticky pads for wet conditions, and they grab incredibly well after break in/seating process, 4 rides in and they seem to get better each time.

Love these rotosr. They look dangerous but they spin backward so no real threat. Good at stopping and light!

Es muy estético!! La durabilidad deja mucho que desear, la poca pista de frenado hace que se caliente demasiado, con ello se ve notable la fatiga del disco.

Interesting and fun look. No issues after 2 easy rides on my hardtail.

Performs well...fit without issues..came with pre-locktighted bolts..and looks great!!
