Quality craftsmanship from a great company. My customizations were followed perfectly. The remote with various settings is nice. I noticed about two weeks after placing the order I submitted incorrect lettering. I messaged them and asked for a change and they replied same day that they could do it. Whew!

I own a bar. Bought a sign to display the name by the door. Looks great. Bright and readable. Would definitely order another one from this company if I decided to add another customized neon to the walls.

The personal attention to detail and craftsmanship is on full display with this product. It is a quality product. I have to admit that when I saw the sign online, I thought of it as a novelty. But I was wrong. It really makes my bar come to life at night. It is the first thing that everyone notices when I am pouring drinks. Especially the programmed light modes that you can switch back and forth from for different light effects. The brightness and color is stunning. I personally like that you can personalize the words. And It really set the perfect mood. I definitely would recommend buying one for yourself.

We ordered this sign after reading the reviews. We received it in a fair amount of time, especially considering it was a custom sign made specifically for us. The quality of the work and materials was very good. We had a small issue of one of the words missing. We contacted the company. They were VERY responsive and corrected the error by making us a new sign and sending it to us with expedited shipping. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, typically responding to a question within an hour or two. I am quite pleased with the sign I received. It was a gift for my husband. The company was so gracious for making the error, that they said to keep the first sign they sent. Now we have two, and both are fabulous! Many thanks. I would do business with them again and have referred them to friends and family.

This sign came quickly and looks so clean and professional. The sign lights up very bright and you can adjust the dimness to the light that you desire. I got the sign that can light up to all of the colors and different light patterns, and there are many beautiful colors to choose from. Fairly easy to hang up, we decided to hang it up on a brick wall and it looks beautiful with a brick background, and you can still read the sign perfectly. We only had a small issue with the remote, and the vendor fixed it quickly and at no extra cost. Highly suggest you buy!!

I paid fast shipping to get it here and it arrived before Christmas which was perfect. My husband loves it, got him a sign for our basement bar area. I am very happy my husband is happy😁

I got it in August. By October was dead. Not working at all. Not used a lot, only a handful of family gatherings for 3 or 4 hours each.Change remote batteries: nothing. Checked if electricity reached the product( it did) plugged in different outlets, etc… nothing , not working at allIn my humble opinion: a bad product

I had a problem with the first sign not working after a couple of weeks using it. I contacted the seller through Amazon (BTW this is a great feature in Amazon) and they promptly made a new sign and shipped it out to me at no charge. This is great customer service.The sign looks fantastic and is a quality product. Even though I initially had a problem with the first unit, it was taken care of without a hassle. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to spruce up their bar.
