My son, like many of his peers and boys his age has what they call Osgood schlatter disease. Its a pain below the knee cap where the quadricep attachs to the top of the tibia. He'd had the pain for months being 13 and growing like a weed, No amount of rest, ice or anti-inflammatories seemed to help. I also coach boys U14 soccer and found 2 other boys had had the same pain. This was the brace they had and had reported good success with. So we went ahead and bought it. When my son 1st tried it on he winced with the discomfort of the pad pushing right on the sore spot. Within 30 seconds however his face brightened up and he said "Oh my God, the pain is gone" He's now worn it for a few weeks and says it relieves 80-90% of the pain he had. Season hasn't started in earnest yet but we're very hopeful he'll be able to play rather than in agony after every game. If you're looking for a brace, I'd go for this one.

My son has been suffering pain from Osgood-Schlatters . He is a competitive hockey player & the pain was limiting his participation. This brace has made a huge difference in his pain level and the amount of activities that he can tolerate. It truly has been a game changer! He wears it all day every day, even when not participating in sports. It slips on & then has velcro straps for tightening. We actually bought 2 so that after practice when one gets sweaty he has the clean one to put on after practice. I wash them regularly in the washer with the rest of his under Amours. They come out good as new!We tried 3 other braces before finding this one. This one is absolutely the best for Osgood-Schlatters.

More compact than similar knee braces, but still gives plenty of support for weight training and martial arts. Definitely recommended.

I had a grade 1 ACL sprain. The doctor fitted me with one of the big knee braces with metal inserts on both sides. That was too large and restricted my running for softball. It was overkill. This brace works well for the grade 1 and provides support but doesn't restrict movement.

I found this to be helpful for me. I have tendonitis in both my knees from overdoing it at the gym. The only problem was that with one knee bandaged I found the other side but my back began to hurt because of overcompensating. It helped a great deal but you have to be careful.

Wanted a knee brace for my my Mom who has knee pain. These are good in fit and size. My mom uses them when she goes for long walk and likes them so far. Happy with the purchase.

This brace has been a lifesaver for my small 13 year old daughter. We had a terrible time finding one to fit and do what we needed it to do. This brace is well built and durable. Has exceeded our expectations!

I suppose which knee brace works best for you would depend on the particular injury, but I found this Zamst to be comfortable and effective.

Great support for jumpers knee symptoms.. And yes gonna size up if you are near the limit.

Purtroppo il 12 Dicembre 2015, durante un allenamento di judo, mi è uscita la rotula sx sull'esterno del ginocchio causandomi un bell'infortunio e tanto tanto tanto tanto male (da svenire); fortunatamente i legamenti si sono sfilacciati ma non rotti e attualmente sono in fase di cicatrizzazione.Questo supporto a differenza di quello comprato inizialmente in ortopedia permette anch'esso di tenere la rotula sotto cotrollo e di sostenerla sempre ma in modo non troppo invasivo permettendomi ad ora (apreile 2016) di tornare a praticare judo anche se con le dovute precauzioni.Con questo non voglio dire che questa ginocchiera sostituisce le ginocchiere ortopediche, anzi quelle ortopediche sono FONDAMENTALI soprattutto subito dopo l'infortunio ma voglio solo dire che con questa protezione è possibile tornare a fare sport (senza esagerare) con una protezione che non limita troppo i movimenti.La ginocchiera non è economicissima però è fatta bene, soprattutto le cuciture, e vale decisamente i soldi spesi.Consigliatissima

I have been diagnosed with Patellar Tendonitis from playing volleyball so I now have chronic knee pain from jumping off one leg most of the time. Yay me. :( While I am trying to strengthen the supporting muscles and work on figuring out the real source of the imbalance, I bought this knee brace hoping it could provide some level of pain-relief so I could keep playing. I haven't decided if continuing to play is such a good idea, but for now I am able to thanks to this brace.I have thin legs (6' tall; 155 lbs) so I bought the small and it fits great.I am VERY happy with this knee brace - should it need to be replaced in the future I would choose this one again, hands down.

Genouillère à maintien rotulien qui s'enfile elle n'est donc pas complètement ouverte c'est son premier défaut et bien que très légère elle n'a aucun renforts latéraux, pour assurer un confort de marche quand le genou est abîmé sans parler de la taille sous taillé de 2 tailles mise à part ça les scratchs ont l'air de bonne qualité ainsi que la qualité générale de la conception de la genouillère est bonne.
