Great addition to our kitchen!
We've been using our salt pig for a few months now, and it's kept our kosher salt fresh. The salt hasn't caked at all, either. I bought a small spoon that sits in the pig so that I don't have to pinch the salt with my fingers while cooking and risk cross-contamination. It's worked well. A big improvement from our old mason jar in which we used to store our salt!

Smart and functional
Absolutely delighted with this salt pig, it looks very smart in my kitchen. I prefer it to my previous one, as the opening is wider which makes it easier to measure salt out without spilling it.
