I have used this item before. Along with working out and good nutrition you can see decent results. Don’t think you can take these without doing anything else and get results. Make sure and eat a little something before or take with milk!

I’ve taken tone gold before and noticed a difference. I switched to this because of reviews, but haven’t noticed a thing 2 weeks after taking it.

My pills are melted together and I am not able to use this bottle. First time it happened my other bottle of the green pills were fine.
