I bought this for my daughter for Christmas ( self care gift). She came home yesterday with her next locked up. Pulled it out of the Christmas gift closet and set it up. It heated up quickly and was easy to use. Tried it myself and I'll definitely be borrowing it.I really feel like regular use of this can be a game changer for anyone experiencing neck issues.Quality for value was right on and it makes an excellent gift for loved ones who need more self care.

Got this because the heated pad attachment, but find that it doesn't do much for me when using this. I think putting a bigger heating pad would probably do more wonders than the thin strip they do give. It slips easily out of place and you have to adjust it to make sure the portion that does heat up is on your neck, but doesn't feel like it reaches the parts of my neck I'd want it to. Overall I think it's ok, but its not great.

One day after my return period the heating function stopped working. I use this about 3-4 times a week. The heating pad is a main reason I purchased this. Bummed it stopped working.

I cannot believe I waited so long to get something like this. I'm a big guy 6ft 2in 250 lbs and fit so sometimes I'm skeptical about products because of my size but using this for 10 mins a day everyday with heat pad then ice later has madd me my neck and upper back pain go away.

After I bought this I realized that my head is in the same position as when I'm getting my hair washed at the salon which can cause a stroke if the carotid artery is compressed for too long. So for that reason, I question the safety of this item and won't use it.
