Simply the best non-stick !!
EXCELLENT !! This is a great addition to my growing Berndes Signocast collection. These are the best pans I've ever seen. I've had my larger 11" saute pan for 8 years and the non-stick surface is holding up fine. It's a pleasure to cook with Berndes. If you use common sense and care for these properly they'll last for a long time. I don't overheat them and never use metal utensils !!

Best non-stick cookware I ever had
I bought this as a replacement for my old Saute Pan. After about 25 years of almost daily use of my old one it started to show its age. I wish they still would make an 8" Saute Pan as well. Best non-stick cookware I ever had. 25 years, cost about $85.oo, would make $3.40 per year of use. Not bad!

Berndes is the best non-stick company
Someone at Williams Sonoma a long time ago recommended this company for non-stick cookware. I have two different sized skillets and they are the best. As one reviewer wrote, it does take a bit longer for the pan to heat up and it also takes a bit longer to get a sear/brown on meat Those small gripes aside, they are the best non-stick pans I have ever used. They are extremely easy to clean.
