Tommie Copper Women’s Lower Back Support Tank I UPF 50, Breathable Muscle Compression Support for Everyday

I wear it every day. Now Iam ordering another one. Good support but not so much you loose muscle strength.

I purchased this tank in 8/2023 and have worn it frequently over the past year. It has never lost its shape no matter how many washings (always hang to dry). I love the compression especially in my lower back. The fit is firm as I desire and expect, the rubberized bands keep the fabric from riding up without constricting or leaving “lines”. QUALITY: undeniable excellent construction with outstanding performance for the athletic movement I demand. Overall the tank is flattering and based on wearing this top at least weekly if not 2x/week over the past year it’s an excellent value for the cost - which at first was daunting! I’m purchasing a 2nd top in a size medium as I’ve lost 40+ lbs since purchased in August 2023.

It works very well and is comfortable but it is not for a short waisted person. the bottom comes all the way down to my crotch and therefore rolls up when I am seated. Tried smaller size but still had the same problem.

When it arrived, it appeared so small I was afraid I would not be able to put it on. But I was, and I was glad it was tight. I purchased the lumbar back support tank for women in a size large. I fell on Christmas day and ended up with a slipped disc (moderate). I also found out I have lateral curvature of my lumbar spine. The pain became more intense as time went on. I do not have the best posture, and if I am not thinking about it, my lumbar spine is collapsed and my shoulders hunched.This tank immediately caused me to sit straight. I wear it under my clothes. The fabric breathes. I am able to wear it for my physical therapy exercises, which is a plus and it is a welcome change from the bulky Velcro back supports.I would not wear this as a tank top for exercise class. I would have to order up a size. It shows every nook and cranny.I would strongly recommend. I ordered 2 more, as I intend to wear them under my work clothes for all day support.
