Finicky, causes iPhone to crash
First off, you have to install this adapter in a particular order. First you plug the headphone into the adapter, the adapter into the iPhone, and finally the power cord into the adapter. If you mix those steps up in any way, this won’t work.If you follow the steps, it works reasonably well. But I noticed my phone would lock up occasionally while using the adapter. I would click the home and power buttons repeatedly and nothing would happen. Most of the time the phone would eventually open and work. But often I would have to reboot the phone to get it to respond. As soon as I removed the adapter the problems would cease. I don’t know who’s responsible for this glitch, but I’ve decided to chuck the adapter and get a Bluetooth headset instead.

Left port stopped working after a few days of usage
When I first got it, it worked somewhat smoothly. The headphones took a few seconds before the sound came through. I was able to charge and listen to music on the headphones for a few days. Then the left port started to act up. It would cut off power showing an error that the assessory wasn't supported or something, but now the left port doesn't work at all for either power or headphones. Returning...

Not for calling. Only for listening.
I tried with many different charges and a head set I use many hours a day with apple's lightning to 3.5 adapter and I followed the instructions. It only works for a couple of seconds and then shuts down till I remove it and reconnect.I give it two stars for at least working with regular headphones without a microphone.Update. It worked perfectly with another headset And microphone.

It doesn't work!!!!!
I doesn't work!!! I connect one cable and it works on both sides, but when two cables are connected, it will only work for the charger. The earphone won't function if used simultaneously with the charger!!! It defeats the purpose!!! Very upsetting that they only give 30 days to return!!

Worked great but then.....
It was a great product at first and with only owning for 2 weeks it's just completely stopped working. It literally just sits in my car until I use for music. It could of just been the bad one of the batch when being manufactured. I've contacted the seller for a possible exchange. I'd love to give the product a 5 star rating because it worked great until it died. But until then I give it a 2 star

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I find it a bit of a pain to have to have my lightning-to-headphone converter attached (and in a specific port no less), but then, that's pretty much the whole point of this anyhow, and it also said that part about it on the tin as well. So nothing to complain about. Seems to work perfectly.

Not reliable. Stopped working after a month
Was temperamental at first and now doesn’t work at all. Too late to return. This is the third adapter I bought in 4 months.

Defective
Disappointed that it only works with charging cable. Tested multiple headphones and none work on device. As reviews are good guessing I got a lemon. Returning and just ordered a different brand.
