He promptly resolved the problem and not only sent a new filter and scraper assembly but included the correct size filter The filter works and sand collected in the filter quickly spin flushes away. This bad boy does exactly as-advertised on my well. No problems whatsoever. My well also produces some kind of sludge that builds up and eventually clogs the screen which the spin-down function cannot effectively clear. This is no fault whatsoever with the product and is just a unique ordeal with my installation. I wanted to purchase an additional cartridge so I could deep clean the screen without introducing muck into the rest of my water system. Nick at customer support was able to get me a 2nd cartridge quickly, and I'm grateful to see that iSpring support is clearly not outsourced. Buy from this outfit with confidence.

This is the larger spin down filter and works great.Periods between cleaning are greatly extended compared to the smaller one.Negligible pressure drop across the unit.I would recommend this unit all day long.

We have well water and with our old system we would change our filter every few months-when the water began to taste or smell like sulfur (yuck) and our pressure dropped to a trickle. To be honest we should have been changing the filter monthly or more because debris built up very quickly. With the iSpring filter, a large amount of sediment and debris can be seen building up immediately with any water use. We flush the system weekly (an amazing feature that prevents us from having to disassemble the entire unit) and it is working perfectly! We will be looking at getting a new mesh filter in the future because scale and build up is bound to happen at some point, but we have had this system since October 2021 and it still looks clear with no loss of water pressure. I am thrilled with this purchase!
