I bought this, and it came way faster than usual reproduction items, and it was pure awesomeness! I loved it, and I used some pencils to color the shell to appear as a medic, and ima use marker later to finish it up! Overall awesome quality, but net looks better on German stalhelm ;)

Good display piece! However, the liner inside the steel helmet is plastic. The fasteners and the straps are all very very cheap and won’t hold up to any abuse aside from being a static display.

My son is into the old military items. He loves it.

I don't know if people actually purchase this for combat, but it is HEAVY. I purchased this for my petite adult daughter for Comic Con. I can't imagine how heavy it will be after adding a bunch of accoutrements. My military son added insult to injury telling me that the weight is about right and in addition to the helmet he has to carry a 40 lb pack plus rifle, etc. Cry, and you cry alone. Other than that it appears to be a quality helmet.

If you are wanting to get it, GET IT! It's an M1 helmet. For recreational purposes or for airsoft this is for you! No failure points and when it gets hit by a bb it does a ting noise that I freaking love! It comes with everything it says it does and we'll I love it and you will too so....come oooon get it!

Great product but too heavy to be a bike helmet which is what I wanted it for. Returned product but it was high quality.
