Not high quality. It’s made so the napper can be stuffed into the head to make a pillow so it’s made with thin material.

Can this fit a 7 years old girl?

Yes, the size I purchased was for my 4 year old granddaughter and she had plenty of room. It was very thin and the material very slick.

It’s definitely more of a sleeping bag. It’s not cushy like a sleeping mat.

Pillow is the head of the shark, very thin. Maybe 4.5 ft long
