Great system

An RO unit that drops PPM to 0 from day 1 and costs just £60 ... I'll take 3 :)
Great little RO unit. I use mine for aquarium water changes and some specialised plants' needs. I had a 3-stage unit before that dropped the PPM to below 10 and usually to around 5 or 6 PPM. But this unit ... installed in half an hour (a little messing about to get the RO filter into the cannister due to no instructions and a slightly cheap/dodgy design choice with the inlet for the RO cannister. But once all leak-free fitted and hoses reconnected etc (you need to remove a small piece of hose to allow the RO unit to fit then refit the hose -- it's all pull-fit so easy to do) and run for 30m to flush it. After 30m I'm getting 8ltrs of 0PPM RO filtered water and maybe 20ltr of 400PPM + run-off (used on the garden) ... so I'm very happy. I often just replace the whole system after a year or so but this unit seems so good I may replace the individual cannisters as they run out of effectiveness. Overall a great product at a great price ... if you need a cheap, basic but effective RO unit ... buy this one!

Great bit of kit, comes with 2 attachments to connect into the mains water, however, the attachment that 'taps' into copper pipe leaks badly! The other attachment was no use and had to make a separate purchase to rectify this and get it working. Very frustrating. But does work well when this is fixed.

Water taste
I have installed this ro unit and it was OK for the first 2 weeks, now the water taste has been changed and feels like you are drinking bleach! Taste horrible, I do nor recommend this product to anyone! Waste of money!
