Although it is a simple design the Gazebo looks great! **PLEASE NOTE, the manual notifies you that not all 5 boxes may arrive on the same day, we received 4 one day(earlier than estimated) and the 5th about a week later(on the original estimated date). The cardboard boxes were damaged but this seller packs this product so secure that none of the Gazebo parts were affected. There was a missing roof panel and bracket for it but the seller responded quickly and sent these parts out without question or hesitation. Very easy to install if you take your time and separate all parts, including hardware, before starting. Very happy with this purchase and seller, you can't go wrong with this purchase!

I took me 8 hours to assemble, assembly instructions needs to be improved and also the wood needs to come protected against environment, I had to put sealant the the wood, overall good product

Overall nice gazebo. Initial package contained wrong cross-member supports, took almost 2 weeks to get right ones. Company was prompt in replies, but had to get shipped from overseas.I would recommend investing in decking screws to replace the wood screws it comes with.Make sure you check for all the parts prior to assembly, many of the steps leave the structure unstable if you don't have the pieces. It takes a minimum of 3 people to assemble some parts of it, and 4 is better.Allow for about 6 hours with 4 people, 8 with 2.MUST be assembled on level ground. It won't go together right if any of it is off by even 1/2 inch. Pay particular attention to step where you square it up...if not perfectly square, the roof panels do not line up properly.Once assembled, it looks great...we'll see how it weathers the Colorado sun and snow.

Love my new gazebo took a bit of time to get here. Good and heavy, very sturdy.Instruction easy to read. It says you need 5 people not Necessary, husband, daughter and I put It together in a weekend Love it good size recommend .....great customer service if you had a problem.

Terrible product and customer service. Read before buying. 1st I want to start out by saying I never ever ever leave a bad review. The order first arrived with a missing box and Amazon could not find it no big deal it arrived the next day. Then upon opening the boxes there was a ton of damages to the parts which I promptly informed the seller about. Their response to me was some of the parts can be shipped out now and some are back ordered and would not be delivered for a while.I said OK and started putting what I could together while waiting for the damaged parts. Upon reading the instructions they stated … takes 6 people 5 hours to build, must paint every 2 months, do not exceed over 1.92in of snow touching base of gazebo, and o take down when not in use. Umm ya Let me just get another six guys in five hours to take the whole thing down.So I decided to ask for a return of the item and let’s just say they were not helpful in the least. The final resolution they are trying to Tell me I have to pay for a return shipping label on my dime for an item that weighs close to 500+ lbs. I have already paid for the shipping to get delivered to me

Sturdy enough withstand the winter months. A piece came damaged and was responded with a replacement for it immediately. I am so happy with my purchase, that I am purchasing another one to go side by side with my current one.

The building instructions could have a few more details, like actual drawn dimension. The boxes in which parts are shipped could have been a bit sturdier which caused me needing most of the wood pieces to be replaced. The only thing that really gives me pause is the part in the manual where it should be taken down before certain weather events. There’s no way I’m pulled by out a single screw, and if I do, it will be to take it to the dump.
