I do like shampoo bars, it means I do not have to worry about the big bottle. It does mean though that now I worry about where to store the wet soapy bar of shampoo.The shampoo arrives protected by a ring of paper, and not anything else, my ring of paper actually was not on the soap when it arrived.In terms of use the bar feels quite solid, and so is not going to fade away to quickly.The shampoo is not great with lather, and only has a small lather to work with and by the time I have started to work it in it has gone, and my hair is not even dirty ( well I don't think it is ).Regardless I apply a little more and wash the hair, in the end the hair feels clean and with a little conditioner it looks good.I do like this, the bar is small but it works well enough, although the lack of lather does mean I seem to apply it more than it may need.Overall though I am satisfied with this as a shampoo and am going to keep using it

Very good product easy to use and I have used this for several hair washes. It really cleans well and leaves your hair feeling soft and clean no need for any hair conditioner. The bar will last for ages I leave mine in a piece of baking paper and in a soap dish to dry and this works well. I have sensitive skin and can't use many hair shampoos, but I can say I have had not problems with this. I would recommend this product and will certainly purchase again.

Solid Shampoo Bar: Lovely handmade product full of beneficial ingredients that are kind to both hair and the environment. This bar is quite wee but I’ve used it several times and it’s very slow to deplete so hoping it will last for its predicted 40 washes.Interestingly, it doesn’t seem to lather-up too much but does make my hair feel squeaky clean and fresh, it also rinses out well, plus it’s got a lovely citrusy fragrance. Looking at the list of its contents there are some nice nourishing ingredients and, despite my hair being on the dry side, it feels soft and is tangle free. I think that the price is very reasonable, it’s excellent for travel and I’d certainly buy more of this. Great stuff!

The origin also reduces any air miles.🌺 The bars are free from bad chemicals and GMO oils, at least from what I could tell, and these bars use sustainably sourced ingredients, steering clear of deforestation and palm oil in particular, which is very good news indeed. SLS/SLSA-free, they provide a scalp-friendly alternative to traditional shampoo bars and prioritise eco-friendliness, using large metal drums for oil and reusing boxes for shipping.🌍 Each bar is supposed to save the equivalent of four 500-ml bottles of liquid shampoo, making them a lighter and more environmentally conscious choice. I am a little sceptical on this as the bar is relatively small, but shampoo contains a lot of water, whereas this bar does not. Perhaps thinking of it as a concentrated shampoo might help. Only time will tell on this aspect, but when I used the bar, so far it seems to be lasting reasonably well.🌼 The shampoo smells pleasant, although I am unsure of what the scent is. It is at least flowery. I have very sensitive skin and am happy to report that, at least for me, there was no adverse reaction. I probably would not take them travelling, even with the compact size, as I would need a case to hold the soap. I am quite pleased with the product, and it’s a recommendation from me. ✔️

I wanted to try this shampoo bar as it is more friendly to the earth. It feels wierd for me as I feel I’m lathering a hand soap bar but it’s simple. It is a beige colour. It lathered mildly but felt soft on my hands and hair. It had a nice mild smell, rinsed easily and the bar was left easy to store in my shower tray, sticky at all. My hair seemed as clean as with my regular liquid shampoo and no reactions at all. I would need a container or bag to take it when I travel but will take up a lot less room.

A pleasant mild perfume and creates sufficient lather an ideal choice of you wish to consider the environment and cut down waste and a good travel choice as it's not bulky.As I have to avoid drying out my curly hair I usually only wash it twice a week with shampoo although it needs more regular conditioner boosts. This bar lasted about month washing my longer than shoulder length hair which I think is a satisfactory period. Although longevity could be better. Obviously it comes down to the size of the bar which was a bit smaller than some shampoo bars I've used.Largely happy with this product. Overall quality and cleaning performance are good and it didn't irritate y skin.
