The media could not be loaded.  This unit is far superior than others I've owned and installed. good price too. lots of different "button" options - that can get a little confusing, but you'll figure out which ones are best for your application.If you can't figure it out I'll tell you I had not problem getting customer service to help me. Fantastic Customer Service.I was able to get help from customer service on the phone too! Wow! I honestly do not expect that from most vendors. Thumbs up.There are some translation concerns when trying to decipher some of the instructions. Take it slow and don't be afraid to ask for help from customer service. There are lots of youtube videos too, they were a great help too.Installations like this can be intimidating for homeowners. Take your time, watch the videos, call in if you need to...you can do this!
