This is the only lesson in which I clearly understeand how to properly work with body weight. Everywhere everything comes down to "you need to work and everything will be fine", BUT HOW TO WORK ?? This lesson explains in detail how to rotate the body, what should be the sensations, and all it is provided with specialties effects.I am very grateful to you for your work and look forward to new lessons! Did not appreciate the dvd being 20 minutes, i think at least they could have put some additional material in there, it is a dvd showing a basic drill to begin in fundamentals but feel as though not helpful enough for price.

Good kickboxing dvd!
24 minutes a day is all it takes. Very detailed explanation of the basic kickboxing workout (I think this also applies to muay thai). It's great! I highly recommend using these exercises, because this is the best lesson I've worked with.

Missing DVDs not all there but good product for ones I got bad price for missing things could've done more in them like stretching etc
