Comb had a nice look and sandalwood smell. The few times I was able to use it I liked how the way it combed through my beard. However, within 24 hours the comb snapped in half in my pocket. I've never had good luck with wooden beard combs, but hoped this one would be different. Sadly it was not. I'll be going back to Kent acetate combs to replace the one I recently lost now I guess.Edit: Seller sent me out a replacement comb at no cost to me, and refunded my original purchase price as well. The new comb arrived and like the original, was in good condition. I do really like the comb, especially the sandalwood smell. It also works really well at distributing beard oil throughout my beard. The replacement comb will not be a pocket comb, just too much of a risk of breaking the comb due to the wood grain, especially in my active line of work. For a comb to keep at home, it is great. I've updated my rating to reflect the updated opinion. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is I can't use it for the purpose I originally intended/desired.

Nice comb with a nice finish. UNTIL YOU GET IT WET! I used this comb in the shower and the finish started getting sticky and started coming off. I didn't realize this until I went to dry the comb off on my white bath towel and left a brown stain behind!

This comb is sturdy and well made. The wood smells amazing and it feels good in our hand. I believe that as a comb though it may not be as good as a plastic or metal one for getting all the way through the hair. I have a 1/2” beard and when I use the comb it feels like I am just pushing the hair down. It still feels good just not what I was expecting.

I use this to comb my hair at night. I have long hair and this thing is sturdy! It does a great job of moving my hair's oil through the length of my hair. I do wish the smaller comb were even closer/tighter

I really liked this comb and its manly scent. First time I dropped it, 3 teeth broke out of it. Buy it, but keep it in leather pouch when not using.

We really wanted to love this, I was tryi to find a durable comb for my boyfriends curl shoulder length hair, everything was fine when it arrived we lay loved the look and feel.... but upon first time use it got stuck and broke my boyfriend said it was like a crunching sound instead of a snap....Update :im changing my 3 stars to 4 they refunded me and sent me a new one! i didnt even ask so thank you very much all though it didnt come with the cool looking case so its going to stay at 4 stars i will update on how long this new one will last

Absolutely love it, stands up to quite a bit of abuse. Have tried many different combs in the past that have ended up breaking or splitting this one seems to stand the test of time. only bought multiples to have in different locations didn't need to replace like others I've had before.

The comb is just like many others , I liked the leather pouch it has, keep the comb protected in your pocket.
