I purchased this for my sons "beach themed" birthday party. Comes with 12 kits. Each kit comes individually wrapped, which helped keep things organized. The kit comes with 3 colors of sand and a funnel. Just be sure to buy extra sand. 3 packs do not fill the bottle.

The sand art is exactly what I was expecting. I would get extra sand to put in the bottles so it goes right to the top of the bottle. If you don’t put in any extra, the sand will mix when you are finished.

This kit was really great as it was packaged individually and easy to distribute amongst children. We used it for summer camp and the kids really had fun with it. Love that they came with funnels. There wasn't enough sand to fill all of them but we already had extra sand just to be able to add more colors.

I purchased this kit for my 6yo son birthday party, to use as party favor. During the party the kids used sand bottles from another kit (with bigger bottles and more sand), but I borrowed the funnels from this set so that all the guests had their own funnel. I than collected the funnels, and put them, together with the sand bags and bottles from this kit, into guests goody bags. This was a great success. An excellent value for money.

Ordered for a family party to keep the kids busy, The kids ages 3 years and up had fun doing these.

The package comes with 12 separate kits each with a plastic bottle, funnel, and three bags of sand. The kids had fun with this, but there was not enough sand in the kit to fill the bottle. We used a whole sand packet from another kit, and the bottle still was not completely full. When there's air in the top of the bottle and the bottle gets shaken, the sand will all mix and not have a design. There really should be 5 packets of sand in each kit to fully fill each bottle. Ultimately, it's just for fun, and was not that expensive, thus the three stars.

I bought these for my 8 and 9 year olds, group at summer camp, and they loved them. Easy to use, and everything you need is in one box. I did buy extra sand because I wanted to account for spills...etc. we used ALL the sand I bought, so it may be worth buying extra for you too.
