Highly recommended!
If you are on the fence about this product, I recommend that you make the purchase. I love this stuff. I have suffered with acne on and off (mostly on) for years. With the exception of Accutane, the only thing that has worked for me is high quality benzoyl peroxide. I loosely follow the Acne-dot-org regimen (mild cleanser, lots of BP, light moisturizer; I also use a mild salicylic acid toner). The Rugby 5% benzoyl peroxide gel works beautifully. It absorbs faster than any other BP I've used. Because it is a gel (meaning it is water-based), it doesn't leave sticky white residue like the creams do.Early last year I stopped using BP because I read somewhere that it causes hyper pigmentation (bane of my existence). My skin freaked out. As soon as I went back to using BP, my skin cleared. In the end, I realized if the BP keeps me from getting acne in the first place I don't have to worry about hyper pigmentation.Lastly, I calculated the cost of buying two tubes of the Rugby 5% benzoyl peroxide and compared it to purchasing low quality 10% benzoyl peroxide at the drug store. The costs were the same (including shipping if you have to pay for it). Two tubes of the Rugby product are equal to three tubes of the drug store product. Do yourself a favor: purchase the Rugby 5%, review the Acne-dot-org regimen, and be on your way to clearer skin.

:)
best stuff out there for acne. do not use if going into sunlight, do not use with hydroquinone (skin lightener), and I do not suggest using it with Retin-A. Preferred use would be at night, it will dry your face a bit until you get used to it. I've been using it for 6 years, and my face barely gets dry, but it gets the job done still. DO NOT MISS AN APPLICATION, very crucial to understand this does not cure acne, but rather helps prevent it and dry up current acne. So, you need to use it regularly, like toothpaste. Will bleach dark colored fabrics if you wipe your face (after application) all over it.... Overall, great product helps me a bunch, if it doesn't help you, you may need a stronger prescription does from your doctor. BONUS: apply clindamycin phosphate before, then the bonzoyl. good combo that is commonly used.

Works great.
I have been using Benzoyl Peroxide for about a year now and it is the only thing that has worked to clear my acne, which has about 90% cured since using the BP treatment (the one described on acne.org -- at morning and night, after washing face gently and using moisturizer afterwards).I started with the 10% BP, but it was too drying. The 2.5% BP worked without all the drying, but was not quite as effective. I think 5% is the best balance -- just as effective as the 10%. It is still quite drying, so be sure to use moisturizer afterwards.

Best product I've ever used to treat breakouts!!
I would recommend this to anyone dealing with breakouts. It is the best produced I've ever used. My face stared breaking out a year ago out and my doctor didn't want to prescribed anything because he believed it was caused by the change in weather. I found this amazing product and it changed everything. I've watched it get rid of bumps over night. Lifetime customer here.

Worth a shot!
Bought these thinking that they would be comparable to the ones I buy at CVS. Though the CVS brand in 10%, i have read articles stating there is no clinical difference between anything over 2%... So I was pumped to try these due to the price, but i broke out shortly after changing to this product so it was either it didn't work or by chance my acne flared...Now stuck with 2 1/2 tubes. I was optimistic but didn't work for me.
