Update: they were fast to respond and send out a new set of ink. Hopefully this one will work. Great customer service!Computer won’t read the large black cartridge. Since it won’t read that one it’s pointless that I even bought the ink. Unfortunately I opened and installed all the colors before I got this error

Because my printer does not 'recognize' these inks, Sotek has given me a full refund. Bravo! I think that aftermarket ink is great...just wish it worked for me!
