I'm used to using harsher, more stripping type of facial cleansers (once I started using facial cleansers - before that I used whatever was around - bar soap, etc). So this product took a little getting used to, because it almost seems like a combined cleanser and moisturizer.As a result, you may feel like you're rinsing your face longer to be sure you're not leaving product on it. And if you have an oily complexion and you're used to your face feeling totally stripped of anything resembling oil/moisture, this may also take some getting used to.But my daughter told me that, especially if you have oily skin, it's important to moisturize after cleaning your face so your skin doesn't overcompensate from being stripped of all oil and overproduce oil to make your face oily again, faster. So I started following up my face cleansing with another moisturizer. This works, but it's two steps.This product has the benefit of leaving your face feeling clean, yet moisturized, so you don't feel like you have to apply a dedicated moisturizer to avoid that tight-face feeling and risk overproducing more oil. So I really like that aspect.One thing I think could use some improvement is making it smell a little fresher. It doesn't have a strong smell/fragrance, but what's there smells more like what an older person might use. It's a small point, as you only smell it when you apply it and are rubbing your face to cleanse it. Once you wash it off, the smell doesn't linger. But I'd say it'd be perfect if it had a slightly better/fresher smell.Other than that, no complaints, and I think this would work really well for a lot of people as a nighttime (before bedtime) facial cleanser, so you can go to bed with your face feeling clean, yet still soft and moisturized, without having to apply another product that might make you feel like will get on your pillowcase.

This works OK, though it's nothing special. I find it leaves a slightly filmy sensation behind when I'm rinsing it off my face. As far as cleansing goes, it seems roughly on par with most other cleansers

This arrived sealed. It dispenses like it's thick but is lighter and creamy. I didn't try this with makeup, but it seemed to cleanse well and definitely left my skin soft and more moisturized than most cleansers, including the ones that claim to moisturize. Unfortunately, the scent ruins it for me. It's a weird sickly sweet kind of vitamin-lotion smell that lasts the entire time you're washing. Afterwards, it smells more like baby powder and quickly dissipates, but it's too much, too long for me. This is currently $22.

This milky cleanser goes on like a light cream and removes easily with a warm damp washcloth. It seems find for sensitive skin and left my skin soothed, nourished and super clean. If you have oily skin you will enjoy how it removes that top layer of oil from your skin. With sensitive skin myself I'm finding creamy cleansers to be less harsh than soaps. If you are over 50 you will also appreciate how youthful and moisturized your skin looks.~The Rebecca Review

I use one of the other cleansers in this line (the brightening one), but was interested in seeing how well this one hydrated my aging skin. I just turned 40, and my poor skin is looking less plump and more dry all over. This is more of a milky texture and won’t suds up like other cleansers; instead, it’s like spreading a watery moisturizer all over your face. My skin feel extremely soft after using it, but it also started breaking out like CRAZY. I woke up the next morning to a horrible spattering of new acne all over my forehead and cheeks, which are areas I never break out on (when I do, it’s related to a new product).Bummer! If you have acne prone skin, skip this one and try some of their others.Hope this helps! ☺️

I keep this next to my bathtub, and use it each night at the end of my bath, and then rinse with clean water. My face has not felt dry, or oily, during the time I have been using this product. My face really feels good, and I have actually been forgetting to put on my standard moisturizer. (Normally, putting on moisturizer is the first thing I do when starting my bedtime routine. My skin so dry that it just hurts without it.)The cleanser is white and creamy. It spreads easily on the wet skin. Since I can’t see my face, I don’t know if it lathers up into bubbles, because I’m usually watching a movie and not paying attention. I always rinse with clean water.Instructions are in both English and French. I would buy this again.

I have a couple mosquito bites on my cheek and the Novexpert's zinc formula did cause them to sting when applied. This magnesium formula does not make them sting at all.Very light cleanser with a very mild pleasant scent. I used their velvety hydro-biotic fluid face cream afterwards and my face feels clean, smooth and soft.You do not need a lot of cleanser. It doesn't foam, but if you wet your face first, a small drop (about the size of a large pea) is enough to wash your entire face.So far I am very happy with all the Novexperts cleansers and creams I have tried.

My wife loves this facial cleanser! It works great, removes makeup, keeps her skin feeling soft after using, and it smells incredible. My wife has very sensitive skin that breaks out and dries out from anything and everything, and this cleanser does not irritate her skin whatsoever. It is perfect!
