KidKraft Magnolia Cedar Wood Swing Set / Playset, Gift for Ages 3-10

I’m not sure what happened to the other guy who gave a bad review for construction woes. Perhaps attempting it solo is a bad idea. We had three of us, mostly 2, with plenty of power tools, level, mallot, etc. Spaced it out over a few nice weather days. Followed the instructions to the tee. Organized all of the bits by alphabet/number. Laid out all boards. All in all, easy and totally worth it. My daughter loves it with plenty of years to grow.We did have one mix up where we matched to the picture on the front of the manual. Don’t do that! The pages inside have a different configuration and that is the one you want. Now her slide is on the opposite side I want, but no biggie, she doesn’t know a difference.

Take your time, read the instructions carefully the numbers on most of the wood not very clear. 2 of the pieces had no number. I had to look at the instruction picture. Some of the wood is not perfect. I had 3 chipped pieces. The one board for the swings A shape frame is cracked. The crack is 6 inches long. I may have to go to the hardware store. If you are not a carpenter take your time. This set takes 2 or more people to setup. Good luck.

By all accounts this appears to be a really nice swing set for your kids to play on. Do not expect your delivery to arrive on the date and time you select at checkout. Furthermore take note of all of the safety verbiage in the sale ad and the instruction manual. In my case pre drilled holes in the swing set itself are out of place making for a less secure structure. Upon speaking with Amazon about a simplified resolution to receive a swing set structure headboard with correct drill patterns is not an option. Your only option is to disassemble Rebox and have UPS pick it up in there truck. Keep in mind this came on a 10-foot pallet with 300 lb worth of boards and screws. This is not going to fit in a UPS truck. So good luck getting that down to your local UPS in order to get your money back. The so-called manager that I spoke with at Amazon was snarky and inconsiderate of my situation. So looks like I just flushed 600 dollars down the drain. Needless to say I will not be making any kind of a purchase like this from Amazon and the future. Shame.

I wish the bottom had been wrapped in wood like the top instead of the vinyl tarp material provided. Other than that, the playhouse is awesome and my kids love it.

It was not extremely difficult to put together, just tedious. Overall seems nice and good size for 1 or 2 children to play on.

The overall product is great it’s sturdy and durable. My problem is my first slide was cracked in half and had to be replaced which took 10 days. Then I received the 2nd slide and it was cracked as well. I emailed the company and still have not received anything back it has only been 2 days. Hope everyone’s else experience with this swing set or company is better then mine.

My children love to play outside and the nearest park with a playground is a decent drive away from where we live. This is the perfect size for a somewhat small backyard and can easily accommodate a few children playing on it at once. For its price it is very high quality and it was a great purchase.
