Purchase an L for my 35" waist and flabby gut.It's a squeeze to get on, but that's the point. Feels very supportive and actually makes a huge difference under clothes. I have to pull it quite high, otherwise I spill over the top like a medieval wench, but a very well-constructed product.

It was alright, did what it meant to. I just made the mistake of thinking it would fit me. They’re meant for skinnier people surprisingly. Getting a larger size than you would assume is yours is advised, it tends to be smaller than perceived. It’s a good product. Does what it says on the box. Leaves a few marks under your shirt but otherwise it’s still good.

This did what it was advertised to do, it definitely helps with posture and works well under clothes. I have also tried it during HIIT training and it seems to help with ensuring that I keep my core tight.

I would recommend that you get a size bigger than shown on the size guide to ensure that it fits

First the bottom velcro strap stop sticking and then the zipper broke.

In couple of weeks Velcro stop sticking.. I like the design but quality if is very poor.. won’t buy again..
