Love this tub
This is a wonderful addition to my bahtroom. With the air and water jets, it is a stimulating soak for sore and stiff muscles and inflamation of joints. With the multi color lights and aroma therapy, sets the mood for relaxation after a long day at work or with the kids. Very affortable and the instalation was done in a day.

Won't hold you if you are 200lbs or more
I'm telling you don't buy this product! The manufacturer and Amazon will not stand behind this product. The tub was late getting here. I had a electrician install it and test. It does not work... You can fill the tub but, jets don't work, lights don't work and heat won't work. Called Amazon who said we needed to contact the manufacturer we did. They asked for pictures and 3 videos which was sent and received. We can't get a live person only email saying the updated and they will get back to us. Tomorrow wil be a week and still no update status. We called Amazon and gave them the order number who tells me they can't find it. I asked for their email address and sent them a screen shot of the Amazon order. We got the run around.! I'm so frustrated! Next step is legal action. Please please think about before buying this product.

Very good quality
We've had this tub for over a year and a half now though we don't use it a lot, but when we do it has been flawless in its operation. When we both it with all it's features there wasn't anything close to its price, I can truly say it's a very nice tub. I would definitely buy again.

Love, but has problems.
We love everyone everything about it, except the button panel don't work right after about 10 uses. Can't for the life of us get any help from customer support. The plumbing isn't US scale, so it makes it hard for the plumber to get the size he needs.

On time delivery
I truly wanted this item for my aging mother it was perfect, or so I thought. The contractor told me that the door was in the wrong place to safely be used by my mom so I had to send it back. I am currently waiting for the refund to hit my account so that I can order the right one for her. She was so excited when it arrived undamaged. I am looking forward to her being able to take a bath again.

DON'T BUY FROM ANZZI!
On June 4 I bought an ANZZI Walk-in Tub, 53” x 27” Left Drain Fully Loaded, Air Jets, etc. It never arrived. Instead Amazon sent me a shower door and when I called to let them know, they insisted it was the tub I ordered. I made countless calls to both Amazon and ANZZI trying to get this issue resolved and get a refund for the tub that never arrived. Amazon has given me numerous promises to refund the money but no refund was ever made. They told me at times that I needed to contact ANZZI, but ANZZI said I needed to contact Amazon. It is now October 26 and neither Amazon nor ANZZI have done anything to fix this situation. Finally in the last phone call with Amazon I was told that the only thing I could do to get this resolved was to contact my credit card company and have the charge disputed. My credit card company has temporarily refunded the money while they investigate this issue. I feel abused and defrauded by both Amazon and ANZZI. I am 96 years old and don't need problems like this!
