I bought this back brace because I have had a bad back through an injury, from years ago. I need support on my back when working outside mostly with lifting & hauling things in the yard. Do you have back pain? Well I’m glad to tell you that this belt has been a great life changer. I have had back issues for sometime and had bought a belt for Sacro issues from a local health store. The cost was $100.00 . I used it but got little relief. I finally decided to give the belt from Amazon a try. What did I have to lose. Won't whinge about my back, loads of people have issues, but what i can say is if you want support, relief and the ability to do more, then get this support. You can fit it to you, it is really supportive when needed then can loosen off if you want with no issues.One of the best things I have bought for my back, period!
