The Bolt Machined Brass Pen

great fit and finish. what I would expect for the price. I will be carrying mine every day, in and out of the office. It is a little bit heavy, but, it is made from brass so it was expected.

Like the pen. Understated style, quality brass, thick, heavy, rugged, ages well and the included cartridge glides over paper like opposing magnets. But... and I'm not sure there is anything that can be done about this, but the threaded joints keep coming apart. I don't mind the barrel loosening up every once in a while, but the push button that ejects and retracts the ink cartridge keeps coming loose. I hand tighten it over and over and each time I fear I'm going to break or bend or damage the little "bolt" that it's screwed into and is really is the main feature of the pen. Maybe I'm only imagining the possibility of it breaking with my meager hand tightening, and maybe I should just grab some rubber coated channel locks and crank 'er down, but I'm not willing to take that chance. I guess lock tight might be a solution, but the bottom line is, there shouldn't NEED to be a solution. I also fear that if the push button does loosen to the point where it falls off while being carried around clipped to my pants pocket, I'm done for.
