I understand what the other reviews are saying about the hardening of the product but all you have to do is shake the container it breaks up very easy! Also know the container advises you of this. It's like getting mad a coconut oil (which is has coconut in it) for getting solid and having to melt it to use it... Also this does not affect the effectiveness of this product. I use this as a family account so I as a review of this product am a 38 year old male that weight trains 7 days a week including cardio and does obstacle course races. This is my 3rd time ordering and I'm getting 2 cause I hate NOT having it. At 5' 7" 185 lbs 11 % body fat I need hydration supplement for intense activities lasting over 30 mins. This is the ONLY other product that meets my needs other than one that was discontinued which is why I sought out a new supplement, it is awesome! I also take it hiking/backpacking with me doing 12 to 16 miles a day. It dissolves very easy, the Lime had been the best tasting, the coconut is not gross at all but not super yummy.

Used it once kept it in a cool dry place and it was so solid the next time I opened it I couldn't use it and discolouration too. Waste of money

This product clumped up and turned a gross black color. It could be mold. Its hard and clumpy, instead of a powder.

Both of thee jars had been solidified by moisture.
