I purchased this mug about six months ago and have used it frequently enough to assess its quality. It keeps drinks hot or cold for a significant duration and does not spill. I haven’t had any negative experiences with it so far. The only improvement that could make this product perfect would be the addition of a non-slip ring around the mug to provide a better grip. While the surface isn't slippery, having that extra feature would enhance safety. It also looks great and is resistant to scratching.Thank you for this great product!

Really pleased with this purchase, although a bit on the pricier side. I like its compact and its shape similar to a paper cup. I usually make my coffee around 7:45am and it is still warm by 12pm, I'm a very slow drinker so it is perfect for that reason.I was a bit dubious about this purchase and the leaking issues people seem to be having but I haven't had any problem with leaking. I tend to fill the coffee right below the screwing pattern in the cup and never had a problem. Really recommend this cup!

I bought three different colours and i have read the comments that it can keep hot for at least an hour or two. But ours are not. Just half an hour, it is getting cool.Just lucky that they are not leaking.

I love it, it keeps my coffee and my tea warmer for longer. It has spilled, but it has been my fault - for being in a rush or being distracted. It works very well! I got one for me and one for my partner. He also loves it. I am not sure how long keeps the drink warm, because I am a fast drinker - but sometimes I have to leave it open from my drink to cool down (my chamomile tea can be boiling if I don't let it open for a bit) I recommend it!!

Bought it 4 months ago as a Christmas present and it's still in perfect condition. No leakage, keeps drink at the preferred temperature for a reasonable time. Stylish and comfortable to hold. Great quality.

Son in law present very interesting wood veneer. I often buy these cups for presents & find them great and practical . People love them but I've never sent a wood veneer one before.
