Q: Is it possible to purchase a replacement light kit for this?

Thanks for your question. These fountains are still pretty new and we haven't yet had to help a customer replace a light just yet. I recommend contacting the seller you purchased from or contacting Oase directly. The fountain has a 2 year warranty out of the box. Most likely you can just replace the defective bulb. Q: Do the lights have dusk to dawn sensors?

Yes. You can cover sensor and run lights all the time.

Q: I have a natural pond that has tons of tadpoles, turtles, frogs and other critters. How is the filter on this fountain? Will it get clogged easily?

Those critters should not clog the filter. It is important, however, that the water be deep enough. You do not want plant material or pond bottom debris to get into the pump or filter. The cleaner the water, the better of course.
