Happy with the purchase, quality and appearance. These chairs are so comfortable and fit perfectly on my front porch.

To be honest, the chair is fairly comfortable and not that difficult to assemble...assuming they send you everything you need. One chair was fine, no issues, one chair was not and is missing one piece needed for assembly. I tried reaching out to the company twice now, and after a week, still no response. It's up to you if you want to roll the dice on this purchase.UPDATE- The company did respond, but only after negative review was left. Since this review, the company has tried twice to send me the missing part, and both times the part is of a different size than what my chair is designed for. It is what it is at this point. The choice is yours to gamble on if you will receive a full chair.UPDATE- Problem resolved. Customer service came through for me. Chairs are great.

I assembled the chairs two days ago and so far we like how they look and feel. And they seem pretty sturdy. I tested the folding feature and while the chairs are a bit heavy, they are relatively easy to fold.We did not like the cushions that came with the chairs. They looked a bit cheap and not very cozy. So we are not using them. But the chairs are very comfortable without them. This is the only reason I knocked off a star.I noticed a few people were complaining about the assembly and the amount of time that it took. When I received my chairs the instruction manual was not included. Seems it must have fell out of the box during shipping. I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a link the next day. However, I was too impatient to wait, so I ended up assembling them myself without any instructions. It took me about 25-30 min total for both chairs. The only difficult part was figuring out which screw goes where. But once you visually step through the process it was pretty evident. If you have previous experience assembling things, this should be pretty easy.

These really went beyond what I expected. Assembled easily and they are sturdy.

The cushions make the chair a lot more comfortable. Cupholders are very nice. Directions could be clearer. The chairs should last us a long time.

Easy to assemble, looks good and comfortable

We have already purchased 4 of these chairs, 2 in Black and 2 in Blue and were totally happy so purchased two more. The Green set. The chair was the same construction but the cushion it came with was totally different. Different from the other chairs and different from the pictures on Amazon. The cushion was low grade, thin and very uncomfortable. I have messaged Nalone to try and rectify the problem.

Color, size, and sturdiness are wonderful. Very comfortable to sit in. The chair cushions were fluffed up using the dryer and a quick spray of water. They turned out perfect. For chair assembly, using just the tools the manufacturer provided took me 3 hr to complete. Using a power screwdriver made the assembly super fast for the other two chairs. Two improvements that would make the assembly process easier would be to 1) label the screws in the packages to match the labels in the instructions and 2) change the color of the chair in the instruction manual from black to a lighter color - making it easier to see what instructions are being illustrated. These chairs are made to last and I am thrilled with the purchase.
