Oboz Men's Bridger Mid B-Dry Hiking Boot

After wearing Asolo boots for years and finding the soles wear out more quickly than I expected, I tried Oboz and so far so good. Comfortable out of the box. Good for walking and hiking, nice rigid sole is very comfortable on rocks. Early days still, but very happy with these boots. I normally wear a 12, but found these fit better in size 13.

The ONLY issue with this product is that it wasn't available in my size. Very please with the shipping, quality and easy return of the product.I would buy from this seller again.

These boots are awesome, well worth the price. Right out of the box, very nice fit for my narrow foot, stable heel cup, ample toe box, great cushioning. Excellent performance on first hike, my feet felt great!

With the right setup, these work well in the snow, and ok on ice. They are well insulated, but if you are not accustomed to ankle high boots, these have stiff uppers until broken in.Overall, highly recommend for winter climates.

I got these boots before going hiking in Colorado. I have a neuroma which really bothered me the last time I went hiking while wearing hiking shoes from another brand so I wanted to find something that would be more comfortable. The Oboz are definitely not cheap, but the reviews on hiking sites as well as the reviews here helped me decide to give them a try. I went on a pretty tough 13 mile hike one day and a 6 mile hike two days later. I found the boots to be really comfortable and gave great support on rocky terrain. Between the soles and the good quality insert my neuroma didn't act up at all. Very happy with the quality and hope to use these for many more hikes to come.

I received these today in the 11 wide, though I usually wear a 10.5 (US) shoe. I'm a novice, occasional hiker but have some longer day hikes coming up on rocky trails.I tried them out as a break-in test on hilly, concrete streets in our neighborhood. I used the 3 miles to make minor adjustments to lace tightness and tongue position but, other than that, I felt no need for additional break-in.I have rheumatoid arthritis and, due to RA's effect on ankle and ball joints of my feet, I'm very picky about structure, cushion, arch support, and toe box width.These fit my feet perfectly. They feel solid and well-balanced, the toe box width is just right, the heel width and fit is perfect, the cushion is both solid and shock-absorbent, and the arch support fits me almost as well as custom orthotics I use in my training shoes.I can't (yet) comment on how waterproof they are, nor on how well balanced they are on uneven, rocky surfaces. While those product features will become important to me, my primary concern is comfort and support and my first experience with these Oboz has confirmed that I chose wisely.

I am returning these boots as V disappointed with them. A lot of money to spend on a pair of boots that are advertised as waterproof, amongst other things. After wearing them for the first time, my socks and feet were wet. Out for only an hour in them on damp ground, and they failed to deliver!

Fit was much more narrow than expected based on other reviews and the manufacturer's own information. They do appear to be a well built product however.Returned solely because of the way they (didn't) fit.

I wore out my Bridget low shoe so ordered same size in the mid. Had to exchange for a full size larger to get the same fit???

My wife has had a pair for the last year and rated them very highly whilst I wore my trusted Salomon's which now have expired. Initial thoughts is that they are a good boot, firm and fit really well with a lot of support only time will tell but I am confident that they're a good buy. They appear to be well made and actually look pretty good.
