I have eye strain due to my occupation (drafting on the computer), and I bought this to stop buying the single use pads I kept buying online.What I really like about this is that there is a setting to change the heat level (5 levels) and change the period of time (10-60 minutes). For me, a level of 2 and below was more than hot for my eyes. The cord was a bit of a hassle to deal with, but overall I'm glad to have this product for my eyes.

I LOVE THIS. I use it when my eyes are exhausted from sitting in front of the computer all day at work. Can't wait to try this on a long journey. Make sure it bring a power bank though.

**Update-the plug I was using seemed to be the issue. Although it works on other devices, it didn't work on this mask. So, tried a different plug and voila! Love the product, but took off a star for the plug hassle. Would be nice it they included that with the product to avoid these kinds of issues.Arrived today, worked once and that's it. Won't turn on. So bummed too. It was awesome and helped my chronic dry eyes.

Used twice. So far so good. I hooked this up to a 2A USB outlet, and the eye mask was just warm enough to feel good. If you expect this to get as hot as some of those high-temp heating pad, buy a real heating pad instead of this product. Most USB gadgets run at 5 volt, and they won't provide enough energy to produce and maintain high heat.

I gave this to my sister as a present. The first thing she commented on was the real smell of lavender. The first time she used it she fell asleep right away through her pounding headache.
