Purchased several pair they are comfy but also they looks great.. can dress up or dress down great shoe....i got the all black

So I saw these shoes and thought they would look good for an outfit for an event I was going to. So i was highly disappointed when I ooen the package and see this! The box was beat to hell and back! The shoes had scufs and scratches on them and look tike they had been worn before by someone else. I don't normally ever leave a negative review but this just disappointed me. The shoes look really cheap and person and they look really cheaply made for something that's costing $100 or more I want them to not look cheap and also not look like somebody else wore them. Highly disappointed with my purchase and I am returning them. Beware when buying these shoes! If you take a look at the pictures below you'll see what I'm talking about that's the box look like in the shoes look like after opening the package so you can see my disappointment.

They are very good at a nice price. Really soft sole. Very comfortable walking.

Space in the height of the toe is very confined and uncomfortable. No amount of re-adjusting fixes the problem. Soles are thin, but there is no room to add an insole.

My husband loves these shoes. The size and color are perfect!

Good quality, stylish, but quite narrow fit.
