Saved me $1200
After getting an error 15 code on my 2 year old s9+ and being told by iRobot that I was "out of warranty and can trade it in for $100 credit on a new vacuum" I was fuming. They wouldn't support any advice over the phone other than just restarting it 3 times. I figured I had nothing to lose and ordered a new battery and Voilà! My very expensive, 2 year old vacuum is running again and no longer a very expensive brick! Literally took only 2 minutes to replace the battery and was so so easy. Shame that iRobot didn't just tell me that instead of trying to upsell me into a new unit.

We bought this in August 2023. We were out of town from Nov 1st to April 1st. It has only been used for 5 months and it is completely dead and will not charge. Waist of money.

Plugged into Roomba and it recognized it at first but after several hours the app said it wasn't charging
