Major issues with the ZIPPERS
I absolutely love the look and the size. My issue with this bag is the zippers. I really struggle with zipping open and closing. This issue creates all kinds of barriers.

Zipper broke
The zipper on the backside of the small pocket (outside) broke and fell off in 22 months! Cheap!! I wasn't even pulling very hard to open. This is where I kept my cell phone. Had to pry it open to obtain my phone. Disappointed!!
