Edit! I am changing my review to 5 stars because the company's customer service responded so quickly and offered me a replacement to make up for the missing function of the lights. Now very happy with this experience!I really wanted to love this mirror because it was so pretty and the perfect size for my dorm, but as soon as I opened it and set it up, I noticed the lights only stay on for a maximum of 5 seconds before flickering and dying. I’m not touching the power button or the wire, so I don’t even know how to fix it. Besides that, it’s a good quality mirror. The wire is a little flimsy but that’s not too bad. It’s too late for me to look for another mirror because I’m moving into college out of state in another week. The mirror itself is clear and I can use it, but I feel like I wasted my money. I wish mine worked 100% am trying to reach out to the seller to troubleshoot. Maybe it’s a problem with the wiring, because as you can see in the video the wire was untouched. Will update this if I can get a response from them.

That was great customer service! I will definitely return to buy from them again and recommend to friends. Thank you again!My boyfriend bought me this mirror as a gift. I was so excited to get it but when we got it all together and plugged it in it didn’t work which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. I was going to return it but my boyfriend was able to take it apart and look at the wires. One of them wasn’t connected. Once he connected the wires it worked. So all in all I’m happy with the product just not that experience.

Was kinda a deceptive in the size. The one pictured is not the larger. Did not realize there were 2 sizes. Show the pic of the smaller so ppl can tell otherwise I really like it. I have to put a board underneath to make it tall enough to see my whole face.

Got this as a gift and my partner loves it and uses it everyday. She has no complaint about the mirror or the lights. She loves that she can have a warmer color, since white lights hurt the eyes. One complaint I have, is the constant blue led emitted by the usb port. it's really bright when trying to sleep in a dark room. So we have to cover it. Truthfully, we/she never uses the usb port, since we have a charger on our nightstands. I know the other mirror option has bluetooth and I feel that's super pointless, but it's cool though. Overall, great mirror and size.
