Glink Elastic No Tie Shoelaces for Adults and kids, Replacement for Sports and Outdoor Activities - Multiple colors - 3 Pairs

I found these to be both easier and harder to install than Lock Laces and I both like them and dislike them for various reasons. I found them easier to lace, and the holder at the end of the laces easier to fasten, but the slider was quite a bit harder to install. The spring is very strong and squeezing it down via the button in order to insert the lace ends was very difficult. I thought I'd have to get some pliers! Because of this, I won't be adjusting the laces to make a wider opening to get the shoes on, then tightening the slider. Most people probably don't do that anyway, but my feet tend to be swollen so getting the shoes on to begin with is sometimes a challenge for me.I also found the laces are somewhat less stretchy, i.e. firmer elastic, than Lock Laces. I need the give so again found that a negative. On the other hand, I couldn't find navy in the Lock Laces brand and like to match my shoes to make them less obvious. The other difference that may be the most important is that I've found the Lock Laces slider can lose its spring making it useless. Because these springs are smaller and encased within the slider more reliably, I don't see that happening to these. There are pluses and minuses to each kind so you can choose the features that matter to you most. Overall, the stretch laces are a godsend to those of us who have trouble tying our shoes, and/or feet that tend to swell and need the give of elastic laces.

Sept. 192nd review: 1 Star. The plastic doohickey refused to stay closed. The lock is flimsy and the laces are fat. Plastic ends are too wide. Defective plastic doohickey that goes on cut shoelace ends. In the middle of my workout, they popped. arrrgggg. Upset and disappointed !!1st review: OH MY GOODNESS!!! It's so very hard to push the laces through the locking mechanism during the assembly. The plastic ends on the shoelaces do not go through the holes!!!! I was so frustrated and starting to get mad so I was going to throw it away then it worked. I went for next one and I experienced the same. I was going to return them but since I got one worked I kept on going out of onryness. DO SOMETHING PLEASE!! Otherwise, it seems to work well. I just hope this holds up.

I have used these "No Tie" shoelaces in the past and bought some additional shoelaces, since I recently bought some new tennis shoes. These shoelaces make it a breeze to put on and take off my shoes, which I do several times a day. There are no concerns with the shoelaces coming loose during my daily runs. Great product.

I absolutely love these laces. I put them on all of my sneakers. I got sick of laces always coming loose, losing tension, being too short or too long. These are just the right length and tension. They provide the support that I need too.

Maybe I am being a bad parent for not making my kids tie their shoes? I find these laces better and more convenient that conventional laces. I wonder why all shoes don't come standard with these.

GREAT JOB F THEY FIT ASICS- THEY DO NOT. Love these- just what I was looking for after having Lock laces on a pair of Brooks. Lock laces are too thick for Asics- returned them. Other reviews said these Glinks worked on Asics; they also do not fit in my Gel Nimbus. 😡. Color was perfect too. 😡

They work great for my kids sneakers. Two boys, one 10 y/o and one 13 y/o; and both seem to have better things to do rather than tie their shoes.

Good fit for the shoes. They only draw back was the feeding the lace into the tie area. That cinches the lace down.
