Mattel Games Phase 10 Dice Game (Packaging May Vary) for 7 Years and up

Grandma loves the card game, and she was able to catch on to this dice version really easily. I would recommend it to anyone who likes the original, and fans of Yahtzee may like it as well. Loved the can for cute and compact storage, only downfall is that it gets a little noisy as you're rolling dice. Gave it as a gift and considering buying it for myself!

My friends and I have a Bunco group that we formed when we retired 10 years ago. As an alternative to Bunco, this game is great. It gives you "tasks" each roll of the dice and you have to meet that task before you move on. It also makes you strategize a bit and keeps the mind busy. I bought several of them for my friends so that we all have them in our homes for family and friends.

We love phase 10! We often go on vacation and take the dice with us because its just the two of us. This way we get to relax and play one of our favorite games with so few people. The cards are great for multiple people, but the dice are perfect. They can also be used for larger groups, they take up less space (ours is in a small tin instead of the "pop-can") and hey, its just fun!

We have had Phase 10 Dice in our camp bag for many years. It is one of our very favorite games! Quick & easy, but competitive! Recently, some of the dice in our old set were lost, so we got a new one.The numbers are now larger & much more distinct. The colored background is recessed, so these dice should not show as much wear as the old ones. The scoresheet is ridiculously small, with only 5 phases per side, but it fits inside the can! I’ve made a full size scoresheet (as we are accustomed) in Excel, but a scoresheet pad is also available here on Amazon.One reviewer mentioned a similarity between the red and orange colors. This is slightly true in our set, but has always been so, and in good light, the colors are distinguishable to me. If the colors become problematic, I will augment the red with a touch of fingernail polish.For what it’s worth, we received a yellow can (the can is a VERY noisy shaker, especially in a campground), rather than the blue shown.

I bought this game to help with my girls math skills. They are 5 and 7 and both love playing it. My 5 year can follow the rules and play but can't add up her score yet. My 7 year old can add up her score, mostly in her head, which is great for improving her math skills. The best part is that I like to play it with them and don't have to hide it because I am tired of playing it!

Phase 10 dice game is a blast. It's a much quicker game than the card game, so it's great for younger players or even adults that like a faster paced game.
