I've used the irenew bracelet for years. I wear it until it wears out and I buy a new one. I have Meneire's disease and my balance is awful. With irenew I walk straight and I don't fall. I normally fall all the time without the bracelet. Some people say it's a scam but I truly believe in this product. I have my spare bracelet in my desk draw. Will purchase again to prevent serious falls. I'm getting older and falling hurts a lot!!!

They broke
