So this moved air around ok but it did not cool the air much, and then it began leaking onto my floor. Thankfully I was in the room at the time or it would have ruined the floors and rug in the room where I was using it.I do not recommend. It's noisy, hard to clean, and does not do much more than make a room muggy.

Set up unit. Ran unit at all settings. This evaporative cooler/swamp cooler output does not cool as advertised. Prefer water fill to be at top. Remote control and unit controls are nice. I would not purchase this type unit again.

I got this to cool down 1 bedroom which is always the hottest room. This G-Ocean works so well. All I have to do is fill up the water line, about once a day is fine. I can run the fan when it's not too warm, and change between three different 'settings' including a natural one that sounds like wind, and a sleep one that's very lulling. Then if I get too warm, I turn on the cooling feature with any of the fan speeds, including just a regular one. It sounds like running water which is a nice addition in my opinion, and isn't loud at all. Plus, the fan is oscillating or can be positioned in one direction.

For what I paid for the item. It actually works like a powerful fan.

Very easy to assemble

Bought sept 27th and by nov 5th fan won't blow . I'm making payments and its not even paid for . Amazon says no refund avaliable. Stuck with a fan that doesn't work and didn't even last until its paid for .

Yes technically the fan does do what it says but the air flow is like having one of those mini USB desk fans. If you live in an area with high humidity do not buy this for cool air.

The assembly of this evaporative cooler was easy, but it is more like a fan and less like an air conditioner. When my room gets super hot in the afternoon in the summer, this cooler barely helps reduce the temperature, even with the cooling function turned on. To add water to the tank, I need another container to get the water from the tap and pour water into the tank. I need to remove the tank cover to place the ice crystal boxes into the tank because opening the cover does not provide enough space. With the cooling function turned on, the sound of the running water was a bit loud and could be louder than the sound of the fan. Overall, this product can provide a cool breeze under ok weather, but don't expect it to work like an air conditioner.
