Affordable and good performance and quality
These are very affordable wheels and I go through these about once a year anytime they get damaged or blow out or get cut from the side walls. I right to work every day through some pretty hard areas but I like these tires because I can purchase them for so little money. Every time I need to replace one of these I look at the Alternatives such as the Continental brand but the reviews are absolutely horrible for the other brands so I always stick with this model because it is so affordable that I can buy two of them for the price of one of the other ones that perform just the same and not much better.these are my favorite bicycle tires for commuting on paved surfaces and sidewalks to work every single day. I ride anywhere from 28 miles to 42 miles a day commuting 4 days a week so I put a lot of mileage on them in very hot and humid weather down here in the south.Very happy with their performance and the affordable pricing.

Outstanding commuter tires with buttery smooth roll and confidence-inspiring grip.
UPDATE 11/28/16: I've put easily 300 miles or more of urban commuting on these and they show no signs of giving up yet! Really top notch tires for the price.Put these bad boys on a Marin Palisades Trail that I'm converting to a commuter, and the difference they make is absolutely phenomenal. These tires roll effortlessly and have excellent grip around corners. I've taken them through some very sharp corners with no concern about breaking loose (thus far). On a less important note (to me anyway), these also look incredibly sexy, and have done wonders for the bike's appearance as well as its speed and traction. I have not filled them up to the full 100 PSI, but I have no doubt that they would sustain that gladly.A couple of notes for newer bike mechanics (from a newer bike mechanic), they were a little difficult to get on, but I think that's the nature of Wire Bead tires (combined with my lower experience level). Also, I had to ask someone to be sure, but the directional arrow and the word 'Drive" means the direction that the tire rotates when you are riding.I'll be sure and update this review when I've put a few hundred more miles on these guys, but so far, I highly recommend them!

Just about perfect!
I love this tire!! I bought a pair and they've been nothing short of amazing!I have been converting my MTB into more of a hybrid road bike and these tires were the things I needed! I originally had MTB tires and the rolling resistance was terribly obvious. I switched to 2+" wide commuter tires and they had a lower rolling resistance, but still felt sluggish compared to my fixie's 700x23c tires. Then I picked up a pair of these Kenda's and the difference was like night and day. They were narrower and reduced the effort needed to turn the wheels. They are just a tad thicker than the 700x23c but gave more comfort.I will definitely buy these again!

Fast 100 psi tires
Not too many miles yet, but these babies rip ... ie are faster then a teenage boy with a playboy bunny. Pumped them to 100 psi (I got the wire bead 26" x 1.5") and they blew me away. I did a nice ride, with my wife on her ebike, and I didn't have any trouble keeping up. Super fast, fun, grippy - and they seem like they have decent road hazard resistance - though I was a little cautious off the pavement at 100psi - and also we don't have much glass or goat head stickers up in the mountains where I live - so not too many flats anyway. They are on a light old trek american made double butted steel frame mountain bike, and just ride great.

Very easy to install on a MTB
Out of the box the tire's sidewalls looked uneven and really ugly. After installation and at 60 PSI everything looks normal. The test drive shown 21 mph on the GPS with 80% effort. I could go faster if I wore helmet and test road in front of my house was longer (I did only 19 mph with off road tires and 90% effort.) It was the first time I replace a tire and every thing went smoothly . The only mistake I committed was installing the front tire in reverse direction but it was no biggie. I just turn the wheel around. I will increase the pressure to 80 PSI after a few ride (just to be safe) then do speed test a gain at more open road. I will buy another set for my wife's bike. 20 year old tires may still look good but they are not safe.

Go faster
Just one ride on these tires but it's a lot different from my previous tires (26x1.9) which were slicks as well. From the last time I did the same course I'm roughly 2 mph faster and going uphill is by far easier. I have these on a Diamondback Response 2012 mountain bike so the bike is a bit heavier but these definitely help get me faster. Took cold to make the bike to work this year but looking forward to making it in the spring on these. Getting the tubes was a bit difficult since 26x1.5 isn't too popular it seems, not for Prime shipping at least. Wasn't sure if I could go to a 26x1 3/8 or not.Biggest question will be to see how they hold up in the rain when its slick out.

Looks and feels good
I like this tire a lot I've only put about 30 miles on it but so far so good. Mostly pavement but a little bit of dirt here and there. Definitely wouldn't go mountain biking with it though not a lot of traction but it's a great replacement if you have a hybrid bike and you want to do some Street.

Great tire for great price!
For almost five years I used the Kenda kwest 26x1.5 65 psi tires without a single issue and VERY few flats. I did have issues with the front tire but that was attributed to another user not inflating the tire enough. Now to these tires. I went with the 100 PSI to test how they would feel and They are great! The bikes rolls real smooth and so far everything seems to be in working order. If you need to save a little $$ go for these tires. They work great on my converted MTB!May 7th was when I first posted this and it is now Aug 19th. The tires are still in excellent shape with about 900 miles on them. Not one single flat and tread still looks good as new. I saw someone complain about how the tire felt rigid, well I felt not much difference. However they went from a 45 psi to a 100 psi, I went from 65 psi to 100. So yeah you will feel a difference in the ride with that big of a psi jump. But I wanted that from my tire.

Perfect option to convert your MTB to a hybrid
I was debating spending money on a cheap road bike or a used brand name bike. I instead swapped out my 26x2.1 mtb off road tires with these 26x1.5 tires. It's definitely an improvement over off-road tires (more speed for same effort) and much quieter. highly recommend.

Nice quick tire
Solid commuter tire. I put 30km on my bike a day, 5 days a week and these have held up well. No flats yet after 500km. Nice quick tire, handle well too. Slightly harder then average to mount, but not impossible.
